The attached link provides background and application information in reference to applying for grant funding for a Little Mahoning Creek public canoe & kayak public access site upgrade and sponsorship. KSTU is currently in process of contacting and meeting with the landowner. The landowner must sign a ten year agreement for public access in order to receive grant funding.
